The most reliable way to import your blockchain wallet data into Koinly is to directly connect or recreate the wallets from scratch, rather than importing files from another provider. Where possible, Koinly will automatically create new wallets for each exchange/wallet when you import your transaction history file from other tax platforms. However, data gaps may still occur if the previous platform didn’t capture all of your transactions. For the most accurate results, we recommend importing your data from scratch.
