If you still want to delete your account, you can do it yourself at any time, from the Settings page.
Deleting the account:
Go to the Settings page on Koinly and click on the Account tab or click the link below:

Click on Close account button at the bottom of the page
As the final confirmation, fill the reason for account closure and click "Close account"
🚨 Account deletion is irreversible
This will permanently erase all your account data from our servers. This action is irreversible and there is no backup to restore in case you change your mind. But you can open a new account with the same email.
Deleting an account with multiple profiles
In some cases, you may be the owner of multiple profiles (e.g. if a CPA transferred the ownership of a profile they created to you). If you delete your account from any profile, both profiles will be deleted.
Only profiles you own will be deleted. If you were an invitee to another account (which is owned by another Koinly user) this account will not be deleted.
It's not possible to delete only one of the profiles you have. If you need to do this, please contact our Support team instead, indicating which profile you want to keep and which one you want to delete.
How to unsubscribe from Koinly's newsletter
Deleting your account does not automatically remove you from our newsletter. You can unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe button on any emails from us.
