There are several possible reasons for receiving the error 'Unable to import this file automatically':
The file exported from the exchange/wallet is incorrect
Check the Integrations page to make sure the correct files have been downloaded and the instructions have been followed correctly.
The file is correct but the error is still happening
If the files are correct, check our feedback portal for any known issues with that particular exchange/wallet - Canny | Koinly
The file is from an unsupported exchange
