🟡 Note: Please ensure you have downloaded the correct files - we don't support all files from all exchanges (as some simply don't have the necessary data).
We are constantly adding support for new CSV files and updating our CSV importers.
If you have a CSV file from an exchange or wallet that you would like Koinly to support then you can follow these steps to request that it be added:
Import the file to any wallet in Koinly. If the file is not supported then it will fail and you will see an option to 'Map File'
After clicking on 'Map File', you will see the format of the file. In the right corner, you will see the option to 'Request Help'.
Clicking on the 'Request Help' button and filling out the two fields will send your file directly to the dev team for integration. Our team will then let you know if there are any issues with the file or if they need any more information from you to be able to add support.
