If you are seeing zero or very few transactions on a blockchain wallet (such as the BTC wallet seen in the above screenshot) then this usually means that you entered a single public address instead of your xpub key.

Bitcoin, BCH, LTC, Dash, Doge, and many other coins use something called UTXO which basically means you get a unique address every time you want to receive a payment. This also means that if you were to enter that single address into Koinly then Koinly will only pull the transactions associated with that address so you will only see 1 or 2 transactions.

In order to import all your transactions, you will need to enter your extended public key (xpub) into Koinly instead of that single address:

  1. Delete the wallet synced with the single-use address from Koinly

  2. Add a new Bitcoin wallet and sync it using the extended key (xpub/ypub/zpub)
