If you have some transactions that are being imported incorrectly (as the wrong currency, or an unknown token) then you can report this on feedback.koinly.io as a Bug Report.

After the import issue has been fixed by the Koinly team, you will need to re-import those transactions.

The easiest way to do this is to just delete the wallet and recreate it but if you have made a lot of manual adjustments then you might not want to re-do those. Your other option would be to delete those specific transactions and then resync the wallet from the beginning.

This is how:

  1. Locate all transactions involving this incorrect token and delete them permanently

  2. After you have deleted all transactions involving this currency, you can resync your wallet from the beginning as explained in this article.
    โ€‹Note that you might need to remove the Sync start date as described in the article.

  3. Your wallet should now import the correct version of the token so you should see a logo and pricing data:
