If you are seeing a message that your referral or affiliate code has been deactivated, then it has most likely happened for one of these two reasons:
1. Your code has expired
This only applies to affiliates that have made special arrangements with Koinly's marketing team, and have agreed to a specific expiry date for the coupon code.
Once this expiry date has been reached, the code is automatically deactivated.
2. Your code has been deactivated due to a breach of the affiliate terms
If our team has noticed that your code has been used in a way that goes against our affiliate terms, then it will be deactivated.
