Review the terms of the program, share a few words on how you're going to promote Koinly and accept the terms by clicking "Join Program"

If a person clicks on your Affiliate link (e.g. https://koinly.io/?via=XXXXX123), signs up to Koinly, and then completes a payment on the Koinly.io website, your commission will be allocated to your account. Your unique Affiliate coupon will track the number of paid conversions and automatically calculate the commission.

No, this is for other discounts.
If the Affiliated Customer uses a coupon, then it will reduce the payment amount and therefore the commission that will be received.

For a sale to generate a commission, a customer (who signed up, via your Affiliate tracking link) must pay for an order on the Koinly website or app.
Commissions can only be earned on purchases of the following eligible products:

You can request a payment when your available balance reaches a minimum of $100 USD. Simply go to your Koinly Profile Affiliate Panel Request Payout to make a request. Please note the following:
Payments can be requested only once every 30 days.
Commissions are locked from cancellation or refund for a period of 30 days from the day they are received.
Payment processing can take up to 30 days from the date of the request
Payments will generally be paid out in USD via PayPal. Other payout methods can sometimes be accommodated for high volume affiliates. Please get in touch with [email protected] if you would like to enquire about this

In the event an Affiliated Customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.

It remains active until either it’s canceled manually through the Account Settings or by Koinly's marketing team

The maximum commission that can be earned on a single order is capped at the total amount paid by the customer or $150 USD (whichever is lower).

Yes. Any credits you may have earned on other referral programs like the "Refer-a-friend" program will be lost when you do this. It is not possible to transfer credits or referrals over to the Affiliate program.

The Koinly Affiliate Program is best suited for people with large followings or networks.
