Payment methods accepted by Koinly
You can pay for a Koinly plan using:
Credit/debit card
Crypto
Paying with a card
Our card payments are processed via Stripe.
ℹ️ BACS Direct payments (in the UK 🇬🇧) may take up to 14 days to process
The exact processing time depends on your bank.
Paying with crypto
To pay with crypto, switch to the crypro tab after selecting your plan:
Crypto payments are processed via Coinbase Business and can be paid using USDC from any non-custodial wallet like Base, Phantom, MetaMask, Rabby, etc. No other crypto (BTC, ETH, SOL, etc.) is currently supported to pay for your Koinly plan - it's a limitation of Coinbase Business.
Common issues with payments
Account stuck on "Free" status

If after payment your account is still showing "Free":
Check with your card issuer (or on the blockchain explorer) if the payment went through
Check that you're logged in to the correct Koinly account (you may have accidentally created multiple Koinly accounts with different emails)
If the issue persists, please contact our Support team via our in-app chat. Be sure to include a proof of purchase.

My crypto payment is frozen/has been processing for a long time
If your crypto payment has been processing for a long time or seems to be stuck, try refreshing the Plans page on Koinly to see if the plan now has a green 'tick' next to it:
If it does, your payment has been processed successfully and you can close the Coinbase Business window.
If the crypto has been taken from your wallet but the plan has not been activated, contact our support via in-app chat here https://koinly.io/contact/, sharing a transaction hash of the payment.

When I try to choose a "Pay with crypto" option and click the "Buy now" button, an "INTERNAL ERROR" popup shows and nothing else happens:
