This guide will help you import your Crypto.com App and Crypto.com Exchange transactions into Koinly.
Crypto.com products
What can be sometimes confusing is that Crypto.com has a few distinct products that have separate import instructions.
Those include:
- Crypto.com App
Mobile app used on the phone, often connected with a credit card - Crypto.com Exchange
Website usually used on the desktop with more advanced trading options. - Crypto.com DeFi wallet
Mobile app similar to MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, etc (non-custodial, you own the keys)
Exporting data from the Crypto.com App:
-
Open your Crypto.com app and go to the Accounts tab
-
Click on the Transaction history button in the top-right corner
-
Click on the EXPORT button in the top-right corner
-
Select Crypto wallet under the Transaction drop down
-
Select a Start date that includes all your transactions
-
Select End date as today
-
Click on Export to CSV
-
Repeat this process for the other options under the Transaction dropdown (fiat wallet, mco visa card etc)
-
Once you have all the csv files, just upload them one by one to your "Crypto.com Wallet" wallet on Koinly.
Exporting data from the Crypto.com Exchange:
The exchange allows you to export your transaction history in CSV format. Should you encounter issues exporting the data, please try a CSV file instead.
-
Sign in to the crypto.com exchange
-
Go to the Dashboard > Transaction history and export a CSV for every period since you began trading on crypto.com
-
You will receive a zip file, extract its contents (right-click > extract here) and upload the DEPOSIT.csv and WITHDRAWALS.csv files into a new "Crypto.com" wallet on Koinly.
-
Next, go to the Orders > Order history page and export a CSV again.
-
Import the SPOT_TRADES.csv into Koinly (ignore the SPOT_ORDERS).
-
Repeat this download > extract > upload process for your staking rewards and rebates.
-
Make sure you are importing these exchange CSV files into the same wallet.
Exporting data from the Crypto.com DeFi wallet:
- There aren't any specific instructions for the DeFi wallet
- Just use the public key ("Receive funds address") of every blockchain/network you used and the corresponding Koinly integration
- Most users have used their Crypto.com DeFi wallet with:
- Cronos chain
- Crypto.org chain
- Ethereum
