This error can occur when you add a transaction for a coin that Koinly does not have market prices. This is common for ICO transactions or for coins that are not traded a lot.

Koinly gets market prices from data aggregators like CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko. You can also view our historical prices by going to the Markets page in the App.

To fix this error, simply Edit the transaction and set a market price by clicking on the change button:

Type the market value or the price you paid to acquire the coins and hit save.
